Most orders ship either the same day or the next day. Orders received by 1:00pm Pacific time usually ship the same day; orders received after 1:00pm ship the next day. We pack conscientiously, and have fewer returns and damage claims than anyone else in the industry.

We listen to our customers. We changed from using styrofoam "popcorn" for packing after a customer suggested we could do a cleaner and more efficient job with sealed-air packing.

We double-check each order for accuracy.

We are fully certified to ship photographic chemistry, labeled as Hazardous Materials ("Haz-Mat"), in accordance with UPS and D.O.T. regulations. One manager and three key shipping & receiving employees have successfully completed Transportation of Hazardous Materials training and associated proficiency testing in accordance with Part 172, Subpart H, of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49.
